Hi all! This is my 9 month old puppy that I am suspecting is a great pyr mix. he is extremely gentle, sweet, and very smart but he is STUBBORN. I’ve heard that is common for the breed but we got him as a tiny puppy from a shelter and didn’t know what he was. He has learned commands, but occasionally it feels like he lets it all go out the window and acts wild. We also have an 8 year old lab mix that has never misbehaved, so having a new dog that is totally different has been a learning curve. I don’t have any experience with the breed, so I’d love any and all advice you all may have about training. thanks in advance!
