Hello, I have a 2nd interview in person coming soon. I am hoping it is the final round. The screening interview was done online and went very well.
However, the recruiter told me the next steps for the interview is going to be in person. (Most likely a panel)
The thing is, I am quite the introvert and I know these in person interviews tend to have small talks which makes or breaks my chances at an offer… how can I prepare for this given that I am awkward when it comes to things like this?
