Seriously. That is the first go-to for every jerk here to criticize and tear apart....and I find that, IF these people even have a link to their channel, their thumbnails are basically the same as mine! Is it just cluelessness? Are these just all bots? What is it?

Correction: I don't do the cheesy "YouTube face" in any of my thumbnails, and some of you do. Is THAT what I'm missing? Looking like a confused idiot?

Do you seek out a license of some sort with the publisher/video game company/etc. or do you just sort of do it and hope nobody minds? I'd like to make some tabs and sheet music of uke arrangements I've done more available but I'm a little worried about getting in trouble over it. Do you find this to be a non-issue or something to consider?

It just really isn't. Every single video tanks (unless you count shorts- most of which tank and only one of which has ever climbed above the pathetic 2k mark). Every video takes so much time and preparation, and then the feedback is crushing or non-existent. Don't waste your time.
