I have an Apple Watch that was synced to an iPhone that was stolen, and unfortunately was not backed up to iCloud because the owner did not want to spend the extra few dollars to get more iCloud storage. The watch is on, working, and still connected to the Apple ID that was originally associated with it. The issue is that the watch is the only place that has very important photos for the owner.

Is there any way to get these photos off of the Apple Watch?
