I’m in a peculiar predicament. I had tech interviews with two different companies, and for both, I solved the problem with optimal complexity and covered all edge cases. All tests passed, and the code compiles. It’s been two weeks since the interviews, and I haven’t received any response from recruiters. I’ve followed up with each of them twice and sent emails expressing my gratitude and appreciation after each interview.

Earlier companies would either reject my application or at least respond to my emails with a message like, “We are reviewing and will get back to you.” However, the current companies are simply ghosting me, which I find childish and extremely unprofessional. Is this behavior normal?

Hi everyone, I have an upcoming tech interview. The interview involves “fixing code and making unit tests pass” (specifically, code to interact with .csv files). However, I’m not familiar with Python; I’ve primarily worked with Java. I recently watched a series of Python guides and believe I’ve grasped the basics. Nevertheless, I’m still a bit confused about class fields in Python and how they’re set in constructors but not in class bodies.

Could anyone recommend an interactive, quick guide that would help me prepare for the interview? I have four days to prepare.

Also splices still look like magic to me, looking into them now
