I was sitting at home and thinking about trade show banners again because my cousin said some new digital roll up displays are coming and they look like screens instead of printed banners and I got curious how that even works

I checked alibaba while scrolling on my phone and searched digital roll up display technology latest and I saw many options like LED roll up screens portable digital signage and smart display banners some looked very modern with bright screens and remote control features while others were hybrid between printed and digital and I also noticed reviews saying digital versions are eye catching but need power and careful handling and I is trying to understand if this new tech is actually practical for normal business events or just expensive upgrade

Now I feel digital roll up displays are interesting because they can change content anytime but I am still unsure if they are worth it for small businesses since traditional banners are cheaper and easier to carry

Do you think digital roll up displays will replace printed banners or both will stay in use for different needs

I visited a shipping office to ask about export documents two days ago. I wanted to understand what papers I need when working with a freight agent. I also wanted to avoid delays and problems at customs. But when I asked them I felt confused. Some agents gave basic info but not full details. Some mentioned many documents but did not explain clearly. I could not trust my understanding. I could not decide confidently.

Then I contacted another service in the same area. Some agents explained better but still missed a few points. Some gave long lists but I was not sure which ones are really required. Some seemed clear at first but I was not sure what changes for different countries. I remembered I sent goods before where one missing paper caused delay. That make me worry again.

To check more variety and options while scrolling many online platforms including alibaba I found common documents needed for export with a freight agent. Commercial invoice is required to show product value and details. Packing list explains quantity and packaging. Bill of lading is used for shipment proof and transport. Export license may be needed for some goods. Certificate of origin shows where goods are made. Some shipments also need insurance papers and customs declaration forms. There were many details available. This made me excited but also confused again.

Now I am thinking should I prepare all documents myself or depend on freight agent to handle export paperwork for safe shipping?
