Just pulled the trigger on a used 2024 Audi S5 3.0T Quattro Prestige Cabriolet and wanted to get some feedback from the community on whether I got a good deal.
The numbers:
• Purchase price: $57,000 (negotiated down from $59,991 asking)
• Original MSRP: $77,785
• Mileage: 11,490
• CARFAX market value: $61,730
• Edmunds “great” price threshold: $57,900
The car:
• 1-owner personal lease, all Audi dealer serviced
• No accidents reported
• Chronos Gray Metallic / Black roof
• Fully loaded — Prestige package, S sport package, B&O sound, matrix LED headlights, sport rear differential, red brake calipers, 20” wheels
• Fresh set of four tires
• Audicare 30k & 40k still available to use
• \~23 months factory warranty remaining
My one concern:
Also — this is the last generation S5 Cabriolet as Audi discontinued the model after 2024. Does that affect values positively or negatively long term?
Thanks in advance!
As a side note - I purchased extended warranty separately for 96 months / 87000 miles for $3,745 with $100 deductible with Assurant Premium, was this also a good deal?
