My cat has been in a fight recently and had his eye scratched. I need to take it to a vet but I've never registered with a vet. I am on universal credit so need low cost and in Birmingham but I tried to apply for the blue cross which I wasn't eligible due to location and the PDSA who aren't taking any new clients, so now I don't know what to do. Any advice and recommendations would be helpful.

For everyone saying don't own a cat, yes I get that, my older brother got the cat without consulting it with my mom and I'm in year 13 with no funds or anything, so I can't do anything about it. I'm as equally annoyed about my neglectful family, believe me.
