Am currently 14 weeks into pregnancy 2 and can’t help but compare myself to 14 weeks in my last pregnancy! Photos, weights etc.

How did people fare in their second pregnancy in terms of body changes - were they more dramatic earlier on? Did you gain a similar amount of weight? More? Less?

I promise this isn’t a rage bait post. My son is 18 months and has been at daycare since 11 months old. He goes 5 days a week as I am working full time. He LOVES daycare and is always happy in his photos and genuinely happy when I pick him up and drop him off. One of the kids that walks away and says “bye bye” over his shoulder haha.

We have had to change daycares - it’s been 2 days so far and the new centre are astonished at how well he’s transitioned and said it was one of the smoothest they’ve ever seen. Just happy exploring, eating, sleeping a normal sleep schedule etc.

My question is - would this suggest a well adjusted kid? Or one that is institutionalised… kind of makes me feel sad in a way that he’s just so happy to spend a day with a bunch of strangers and new kids. (Mind you, the new place is basically a huge playground for half the day!).

Genuine thoughts and opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Selling our home, settle in 10 days. Our gas stove tops spark plugs don’t spark anymore, so we turn the gas on and hold a lighter to it to get the flame going.

Buyer did a B&P inspection which didn’t reveal this and she hasn’t made note of it.

What happens if they pick this up on the inspection before settlement? We didn’t sell at auction - pre auction offer. Whilst things need to be in working order, I’m also of the understanding that she needs to have proof that it worked when she bought the place in order to make any claim (it hasn’t worked for like 2 years).

What’s the right answer here?

Am in the market for a 3 seater sofa that folds out without springs. Am looking at the Koala range, however some of the photos of the koala lounges shows the material looks a bit saggy and messy after a while.

Any recommendations? Is Koala any good?

I’m been so fatigued in first tri and feel like I am slowly coming out of the mud.

Prior to getting pregnant (#2) I was doing walking and sporadic reformer classes. Still have a good level of strength from a lifetime of being fit, but hasn’t been my first priority since having my son!

Going into second trimester I want to try and keep a level of strength through my low back, hips and upper body to support me over the next few months.

Has anyone resumed excercise in second trimester and seen good improvements in overall wellbeing and feelings of strength? It’s so hard to stay motivated when you feel weaker and more puffed than baseline!
