Hi all! I was wondering if anyone has experience with sending corrected claims to MassHealth? We keep getting denials saying something about the ICN being incorrect. Reading the manual, it seems like for certain claim changes (like coding, which is what we are changing), we are to void the claim and then send a new claim instead of a correction. Is that correct? If anyone has experience with billing for substance abuse facilities, I would love to pick your brain!
