Any advice on reviving my Aglaonema?

It was thriving, super green and perky but there were a total of 3 plants in the same pot it looked like it was becoming over crowded so I separated them, one in it's own pot and kept 2 together, and now she is really struggling. This is the current set up, she's become very wilted and keeps yellowing. I've been keeping her under a grow light and in a self watering pot. When I repotted I used Miracle Grow indoor potting mix. It's been about 3-4 weeks since I repotted, do I just need more time and trust? It seems to be on a continuous decline... any tips appreciated it was such a beautiful plant and I would love to have her around for a long time!
