One of the tomatoes is down. I came in now and found it like that. Is it lacking . Could it be the light??

I am new to this. I started growing basil and tomatoes. The tomato plants in the little pots have started to germinate and they kinda look iffy. Chat gpt said they are leggy because of sunlight. I have used a growlight since i planted them. I will just like any advice on what to amend so i can save my plants
