Arrived as F21 GC but my wife become US citizen before i arrived. 3 or 5 years rule?
So i entered the U.S and get my LPR as F21 category(spouse of green card holder) on 7/28/2023. my wife becomes a U.S before i arrived and get my visa on 1/11/
2023. so when i received my GC she was a U.S citizen.
i`m now trying to apply for citizenship early filing. so my question is since she is a U.S citizen now for at least 3 years. we are living together and continue on living together. can i apply 90days (early filing) or i cannot and need to complete 3 years exactly of living together? i hope i explained my situation clearly.
