For anyone not familiar, ASR (Automatic Stock Replenishment) is their system that auto-generates stock orders based on sales history, with the goal of standardizing inventory levels.

Here’s the catch:

If we don’t maintain 90%+ compliance with ASR-generated orders, we lose ALL obsolescence support... not just the 4% under the new program, but also the 3% we used to get.

So it’s essentially forced compliance with a pretty heavy penalty if you don’t follow it.

Curious how other dealers are feeling about this? Is ASR actually working well for you, or is this going to create more problems than it solves?
