i am doing undergrad in CS, 2nd semester. ive done cs in oalevels as well but now i feel so lost. for the longest time CS feels like this really hard unachieveable thing. i feel like the dumbest person alive every time theres new stuff and it takes me SO MUCH effort to get even partially decent at it. I am not dumb i had a 3.94 gpa in my first semester and im maintaining it rn but CS actually gives me the ick i hate it because of how hard it is. like take git for example what even is going on push pull i dont understand why we need command line prompting. yk when you're writing a program and you come accross logical errors, most geeks ive seen are like oh this this this boom theyre done but it takes me so long to even figure out what part am i lacking. I also dont understand the geek lingo all the youtube tutorials use FIGURING OUT VS CODE FEELS LIKE A CHORE TO ME, like CS feels like this inside joke that im not part of. i feel so frustrated studying it and i cant even imagine being in the industry ever i only ever want to become a lecturer. SO should i change my major? what should i change to? ive wasted an year at this point....
