So I want to start working out with dumbbells first, before i commit to a gym. I decided to go for a 4-days u/L split and am setting up my plan. But I feel like I'm still missing something, especially on my lower day.

Upper:

  • Bench press: 4x 8-10
  • Shoulder press: 4x 8-10
  • One arm supported row: 3x 8-12
  • lateral raise: 3x 8-12
  • Tricep extension: 3x 8-12
  • Preacher Curl: 3x 8-12

Lower

  • Goblet squats: 4x 8-10
  • Stiff leg deadlift: 4x 8-10
  • Split squat: 3x 8-12
  • Single leg calf raise: 3x 8-12
  • Weighter crunches: ?? x ??

What do I need to add/change in terms of nr of sets or excersises? I dont think I'm covering everything with my lower day.
