I have gone up a whole dress size in less than 4 weeks.
I haven’t changed any of my diet, I started going to the gym in February and stopped going all together at the end of march.
My belly has two big rolls and it is painful sometimes.
I feel like it could be water retention but I really don’t know.
It’s very obvious on my stomach and sitting down is painful as the rolls are now too big for my clothes.
I am a size 10 (uk) and I would say I am going now a size 12.
Like I said this has all happened within 4 weeks and I was not active before February but this is suddenly the biggest I have been and I am eating like usual, if anything since leaving the gym I am more mindful of what I eat and snack on.
Help :(
