How do I stop getting helper routes
Been getting these helper/ironhide routes pretty much every day for the last 2 months and it’s honestly destroying my scorecard. I can count on one hand how many normal routes I’ve had lately. Most days it’s 120+ stops with 300+ packages in a tight downtown area with traffic everywhere, narrow roads, apartments nonstop and grouped stops all day. I get rescued sometimes but even then I still barely finish and some days I don’t finish at all unless I rush the whole route barely take breaks and when I do it’s because I’m contemplating quitting on the spot
Now my DCR and DPMO are poor and it feels unfair because these routes are chaos before I even load the van. Feels like the metrics don’t even reflect how I actually perform. What I don’t understand is are DSPs basically treating these helper/ironhide routes like normal routes now because I’ve been getting them constantly for months.
It’s gotten to the point where I wake up every morning stressed thinking am I about to have another hell route again. I need these gone and the dsp are just saying it’s Amazon or the algorithm how do I get rid of these helper routes
