We also plan to bring reference checks, Right to Rent verification, affordability checks, and tenant communication into one place instead of forcing landlords to juggle multiple tools, you can easily take the decison with tenant risk facor score.

One thing we noticed speaking with renters and landlords is that tenant vetting in the UK still feels fragmented and overly manual. Many landlords waste time arranging viewings for applicants who may not even meet the affordability or reference requirements. At the same time, good tenants often lose properties simply because communication is slow.
