I ordered these rear lights and on the site it says that they recommend the resistor (both pictured) for my 2019 Harley Sportster but when I went down to the Harley Davidson Outpost he said I wouldn’t need the resistor because being that my bike is newer the bcm or ecu or whichever module he said would take care of it. Is this true? I can work on my bike when it comes to wrenches and fabrication but when wires are involved I’m a big dummy😂any help would be appreciated.
