For context I’m from LI and most of the kids I went to school with have lived in queens for some part of their lives. There’s lowkey some people in my school who still live in queens and are coming to my school illegally.

Ik a decent amount of kids living in nyc and im yet to find someone who goes to their zone schools. Like people choose hour long over their local schools, and ik a few that just move to li for hs. Apparently all their zone schools are the worst thing ever.

Im confused by this cuz nyc has so much money. Shouldn’t it be easier for them to fund highschools?
