Is 6 months enough time to get ready for Ironman Flordia?

Back ground

I'm 20yrs old 6ft 4, 226lbs

Main sport: competitive swimming (mostly distance events) since I was 10.

Experience W Triathlons:

I have done an Olympic distance (roughly 5 weeks of intentional training) just did it off the spur of the moment because it seemed fun. (And it was)

Swim - 19.47

Bike - 1hr 24min

Run - 1hr 06min

Then I decided i wanted to attempt a 70.3 a month later.

Swim - 28min flat

Bike - 3hr 45min -

Run - 3hr 15min

I absolutely died on the run...which turned out to be mostly a power walk because of cramps. It was my first time running over 10km and i really felt it during the 70.3. But the bike felt great. I biked on an old Specialized bike that I found for a few hundred bucks and it hardly made it through the race. During the last half the shifter stopped working and I wasn't able to shift to any of the higher or lower gears. But I was still able to hold a solid speed.

Current:

I have locked in on my nutrition....learned my lesson to not just soley rely on gels during the 70.3

My swimming is still solid. I put in about 4,000yd avg a 1:20min/yard pace

Bike - most days I've been avg total 3-4hrs 4x a week (1hr in the morning and 3hr in the afternoon) avg around 15-17mph.

Running has greatly improved since this last year. I try to run on avg 5hrs a week. 2x 1hr runs and then a 3hr run. I hold about 11:30min miles

Ive been keeping this up for about the past month and feel pretty solid. So im curious to see what yall think about my training, if its good enough and if ill be ready by November 7th.

My goal is to finish, but not finish dead if that makes sense. If you guys have tips pointers on how to train or experience with IM Flordia please let me know and thank you.

Ironman has been a goal of mine so I signed up for my first Ironman (Lake Placid) a few weeks ago. Im now down to about 80 days until race day. I dont have much experience and training for Triathlons. Ive done one 70.3 and I finished in 7hr 49min (swim 28min, bike 3hr 47min run 3hr 20min). The 70.3 was the first time running more than 6 miles and biking more than 30 miles.

I no longer have a bike and have just been training on a stationary bike...putting in 1.5/2-3hr rides. My swimming is still pretty solid and my running has improved. Im able to run an hour at about a 11:30-12.00min/mile and still feel okay afterwards. So im just wondering how cooked i am. I dont know if its just my mind second guessing myself for signing up and thinking that I should have waited another year...but at the same time I know I need to do it and go for it. I know that so many people train years for this event and I dont wanna show up and be a loser. Ill take any advice yall got for me

So far my goal splits are....

Swim - 1hr 10

Bike - Sub 8hrs

Run - Sub 6hrs

Total - 15hrs
