Is the Canon EOS R100 Camera good for Beginners ?

I'm a beginner in photography and I want to buy a new camera. I am currently using my father's old Canon PowerShot S5 IS Camera for learning the basics and I think I am ready for the upgrade.

My budget is around 44-50k and I also want to buy a telephoto lens for my research project on birds.

1. Around 45-50k, in India (Indian Rupees)

2.) I am using my father's Canon PowerShot S5 IS camera and it is really old

3.) I intend to shoot potraits, beach photography and wildlife photography

4.) I primarily intend to shoot only photography with rarely photography.

Can anyone please help me ?
