hey so i got my kyleena put in november 2024 been pretty ok yano spotting and cramps for the first while were awful yano the vibes lol anyways last month (april) ive gotten 2 period and one was heavy and 8 days long (since about march 2025 i’ve only been getting spotting/ light bleeding) now i still occasionally get the heavy period but its uusually followed by a short and light period. ive never been able feel the strings (short fingers lol) but my partner cant find them anymore so im kinda like has it moved?? any advice is appreciated i rly dont wanna do get it looked at lol
