I have domestic shipments set up as priority mail for packages 1-5 pounds and usps ground advantage for items over 5 pounds with no bundling limit and buyers pay all shipping costs. I have been using these same settings since I started Whatnot, but all of a sudden last night and today during my show my buyers are stating that the shipping is looking higher than normal. A buyer got charged $16.47 shipping for a 3-4 pound item last night that normally wouldn't have been over $9.21 and another buyer stated it was showing them $18.26 shipping for an 8-11 oz item. It's only half my buyers that are having issues, which is really odd.
Has anyone else been having issues? I contacted support and they say nothing has changed and the usual fixes of telling customers to leave and come back aren't working to stop it from glitching.
