Hello,

Im in a very complicated situation where having 1 founder in the UK while im in the US greatly complicates things. I would like to avoid double taxation but ive done googling and theres a multitude of documents I must file and then theres taxes I must hold for the UK resident??

Honestly if theres no simple way to do this myself then Id like to hire someone.. Could you guys recommend me a good firm for this?
