Sewing Machine Gets Stuck in Same Spot

2004 Singer Machine 1725 keeps getting stuck in the same spot. Will work fine for a few seconds and then slows and gets jammed up. Just bought it used, not sure if it needs new lubrication, no thread or buildup found stuck in the bobbin area. I feel like the jam is coming from this area. Any advice or tips much appreciated!
