Knee and Joint Pain

Hi, I am 25M. Recently I have had an experience of masturbation. I have done it three times in four days. Last time was last night i e, 24hrs ago. And since this evening, I have been feeling a lot of pain in both of my knee joints under the knee cap, and it appears during movement, and especially when I put weight on my knees, like trying to get up from the chair or so. Also it pains in my lower back right after masturbating. It feels like my knees are empty now.

This has been happening to me for the last 2-3 years but it wasn't that bad. Whenever I stop masturbating for 7-8 days, it becomes good and everything seems perfect. And I also hear a sound when I bend my knees. This was common for last 7-8 years I guess.

I also have weak tendons and weak bones. I broke my both arms twice when I was a kid. Recently I had tendinitis in my right elbow.

I want your suggestions, should I consult my doctor? And what should I add in my daily diet which can help make the joints stronger?

Awaiting your kind responses, Thanks!

Chest and Neck Pain while Stretching

Hi guys, I am 25M, W69kg, H1.77m.

I was skinny till few months ago and had a weight of around 60kg. I started going gym since November but occassionally (2-3days a week) and do mostly Chest with Triceps OR Back with Biceps. I also play badminton twicw a day and sometimes long tennis on a weekend.

Since I joined gym, I started using weigh protein (only after gym workout) and naturally changed my routine diet. It helped me gaining weight which made me happy.

But now I am facing a problem since few weeks, and mostly it happens the next day of playing badminton or tennis. Whenever I try to inhale too much or try to bend or stretch my chest, I feel pain in the middle of the chest and it is somehow creating a strong pain under my right ear. Normally a tick sound comes out of the chest and everything turns fine for some time, but if it doesn't come, I keep feeling uncomfortable. Same thing happens if I intenstionally try to push my upper chest in the middle.

I want to know what kind of issue it could be? Am I doing something wrong to myself during my workout? OR should I need to consult a doc?

Background and Explaination:
Hi, I am working on creating the angelov model using built-in Angelov GaN FET model in Keysight ADS. I am using Idsmod=1 as per the behavior of my DC-IV curves and somehow, I managed to repicate these curves using my custom model. But the problem arises at saturation. I couldn't achieve the desired power level.

Following is the DC-IV comparison.

DC-IV Comparsion [Red->Original Model, Blue->Custom Model]

S-parameter results are also satisfying except the stability factor.

S-parameters [Red->Original Model, Blue->Custom Model]

With this configuration, I performed a loadpull simulation and observed around 2dB less power, less gain, low current consumption, and hard compression at higher power levels. This can be observed in the following figures.

Original Model Loadpull Simulation

Custom Model Loadpull Simulation

After this, I looked into Gm(transconductance) curves wrt VDS, and observed a slight overlap at for the curves representing higher VGS.

Original Model Gm Curves.

Custom Model Gm Curves

Parameters I am changing are as follows:

Tuning Parameters

Questions:

  1. I asked from AI and got the answer that P3 is responsible for hard compression so reduce the value of P3. I did reduce this value to 0, it fixed this overlap in Gm curves but doing this detune the DC-IV curves at lower VGS and also I couldn't achieve the desired power level. What is the effect of P3, and do I really need to change this value?
  2. What is the difference between Idsmod=1 and Idsmod=3? Which one is more suitable here for my intrinsic GaN FET?
  3. To get the value of Vgs_max_gm and Ids_max_gm, I observed the value of Gm at sweeping VGS but only for 28V VDS which is my operating voltage. I neglected other VDS, although the value of Gm is greater for higher VDS. Is it good what I did?
  4. In the DC-IV curves picture above, current around knee voltage coincides. This is because I intentionally increased Vgs_max_gm to -1.7V instead of -1.9V where I actually get the maximum Gm. This current also decreases if I decrease the Ids_max_gm from 0.92A. And also by increasing the value of Rd2. But I don't know increasing the value of Rd2 is fair? And how would it affect the overall performance?
  5. What more parameters I need to change to fix this issue?
  6. I am also not considering self-heating effects and charge trapping effects, neither I know which parameters are responsible for this. Do I need to include them in my simulation?
