My phone is not registering that the monitor is connected (step 4 of the process). I hit the “diagnose issue” button, but it took over an hour… so I had to stop it.
Has anyone else had this issue? I’ve replaced the battery, deleted and redownloaded the app, and tried to reach out to customer service… but to no avail.
