Hi everyone,

I recently bought a second-hand Konica Minolta Bizhub C3350i printer from an auction, but I’m having a problem.

The device still has the previous owner's settings, and I don’t have the admin password. Because of that, I can’t access the admin panel or reset the printer to factory settings.

I tried looking through the menu, but it seems like I need admin access for everything. I also couldn’t find a clear way to reset it using the buttons.

Does anyone know:

• Is there a way to factory reset this model without the admin password?
• Can it be reset using a USB or firmware update?
• Or is there some kind of service mode I can access?
