From broken campaigns to first booked call in 3 days — looking to work alongside an experienced operator to level up properly
Hey everyone,
A few months ago I broke my cold email campaigns completely — deliverability was a disaster, replies were zero, and I had no idea why.
Instead of quitting, I committed to understanding what actually went wrong. I spent weeks rebuilding from scratch: fixed my infrastructure, sorted deliverability, learned how to write copy that doesn't get ignored, and relaunched. Three days into my new campaign, I booked my first call. Not a massive win by most standards — but enough to tell me this works when you do it right.
I'm doing this alongside a full-time job, with a very limited budget, and I'm at a stage where I have functional knowledge and some early results — but I know I'm still early. What I don't have is depth: the kind of judgment that comes from running campaigns at scale, across different niches, clients, and offers.
That's where you come in — if this resonates.
If you're running cold email campaigns and have more work than bandwidth, I'd like to be useful to you. Here's what I can genuinely help with right now:
- Setting up and managing sending infrastructure
- List building and lead research
- Writing and testing email sequences
- Running follow-ups and handling replies
- Booking appointments / basic SDR work
- Getting into the technical weeds so you don't have to
What I'm hoping to learn in return isn't just execution — it's the thinking behind successful campaigns: how you develop the outreach strategy, build the market hypothesis, come up with angles, structure A/B tests, read the metrics, and know when to pivot versus when to scale. The full picture, not just the tasks.
I'm not looking for a paycheck right now. I want to get genuinely good at this before I start thinking about landing my own clients. The fastest path I can see is being useful to someone already operating at a level I want to reach — and learning by doing real work, not just watching.
If you're scaling, experimenting with new niches, or just need a reliable extra hand who won't need their hand held — I'm here, I'm consistent, and I'm in this for the long run.
Happy to jump on a call or just start a conversation.
