15.5 Month old kelpie cross suddenly holding on and wont poop then does sneaky ones late

I posted yesterday and didnt really cover this issue.

Our Kelpie got a stomach issue three days ago with an upset stomach that the vet thought was probably just swallowing something old outside.

It was raining heavily and he was refusing to outside, only on puppy pads or the floor in the living room. One of my teenagers said 'no' to him a few times and since then he just wont do a poo - two hour walks, no poo, outside with boring activities being some what ignored, no poo, saying 'wee wees' which used to wor for both, no poo. Finally comes in, let out of his crate after a sleep, you look away for a milisecond and bam its there on the floor.

It seems he has read that no was for pooping at any time or in our presence? I guess we will just have to high reward after hanging out with him all day outside?

Had puppies before, but this guy is next level - in need of reassurance.

My family surprised me with a puppy - a pure black lab kelpie cross although he is getting so big at 14 weeks that Im starting to wonder if there isnt something else in him. Loves a good walk and is no longer wanting to play at 3am.

Ive raised a kelpie from 16 weeks before, a lab and a cocker spaniel and this guy is way more nippy and he does tend to descend into every game being tug of war where his teeth slowly try to climb the item until they get my hand and we always turn our backs to him when he nips to try and discourage which mostly works in an attempt associate it with fun ending.

Anyway he has had a very runny stomach all day and had multiple accidents in the house and so I took him out in mild rain to try and get him to go outside (he had been doing really well with this) and he ran towards my shoe at the last minute and I accidently stood right on his paw with my full weight and it would have hurt and he yelped.

i felt terrible but as I looked down at him he gave me a weird glare and then lunged up at me and gave my hand a reasonable nip - more forceful than he has before other than one other time when he was very young. Just kind of surprised me as if it wasnt play that time. He is just a pup i know but is already 12 kgs so my mum was all worried about it and I dont know what to think.

Just normal puppy stuff or psycho going next level due to an upset stomach making him grumpy? I guess they cant inhibit themselves like a child cant at times?
