I am pleasantly suprised with Shelby’s team. I have seen a lot of talk about her being an “influencer” type instructor and I don’t find that at all. She gives great ques and has helped me engage my core during lifts. She also focuses on progressive overload and always telling us to up the weight.

I thought this might be helpful for anyone wondering.

Curious those of you who have stuck with Shelby’s split, have you seen results? I love the idea of only two upper body days and three lower. Love to hear thoughts and input!

Hi! New to ladder! I’m a female 33 years old with two toddlers. I workout from home and the gym when I can make it. My Legs are the hardest to grow, and I would love a split with 2 or more leg days. I did take the quiz but would love feedback from others!
