Hi guys, i just started out experimenting with my creami. This recipe is the best i have tried so far. Im still getting a tiny bit of an icy texture. Is waaay better than my first few pints but i would love some feedback and input on what i could improve on. My goal is to get a base with the ratio of 10g of protein/~100kcal (or lower).
Im using a whey/casein blend (basically vanilla flavored).
'strösocker" = white sugar.
"Mjölk"= milk
"Absolut extrakt" = vanilla extract
Im considering adding some more sugar to lower the freezing point, lowering the ice crystals, switching to a pure casein powder or just using more protein powder?
Has anyone tried adding fiber syrup to improve the texture?
