I and my wife (27 y/o, no kids, no pets) will reallocate from Europe to ~Denver / Arvada this ~July-August. We are a part of a soon to become a highly successful ecommerce startup and are reallocating primarily to continue growing it. We have a warehouse and team here.

We got tired flying back and forth every couple months 😅

That said, I would highly appreciate any feedback on following topics:

1. What is the best areas you would suggest to settle at? Our fulfillment center is in Arvada, so the closer, the better, however anything on this side of Denver would be max cool as well. Not too far from downtown would also be awesome, so it's price-performance mindset here 😁
2. Any suggestions, sites and what not where to find furnished, private 1-3 bedroom houses / apartments in the $2-$3.5k range? I was suggested furnishedfinder.com, but not sure how popular it actually is. I would prefer to rent directly from a person instead of company for the sake of simplicity, however would love to hear feedback here as well.
3. From what company / site you would purchase an used vehicle in my situation?
4. Any other tips?
