So I was thinking of moving to linux, more specifically Bazzite, but I have 2 questions:

1. How much battery life does linux save in comparison to Windows?
2. Should I switch to linux before my Bitdefender on Windows expires or after?

Asking because Bitdefender is a good antivirus for me on Windows, whereas linux doesn't support this antivirus at all.
