If you’re thinking about getting a EC tuner.. just don’t. Go with another company. I bought a tuner from them a few years back.. fast forward till now I’ve bought 2 tunes from them and was wanting a 3rd as they decided to stop offering tunes for my tuner as it’s “no longer programable” may 1st 2026 they stopped supporting it which is bullshit. I emailed them April 30th for a phase 2 tune as I just noticed they had a note on the website stating they are stopping support.. I got a email back asking my mods and I told them.. immediately they are telling me to remove my wastegate as it’s going to cause so many problems 😂 I’ve had that WG on for 2 years now with a phase one tune and haven’t noticed one problem with it, they just want me to spend more money on there over priced forged waste gate, well I told them as of right now I am not interested in purchasing it I just want the tune before they stopped supporting it… well what did I receive back? Crickets.. they stopped replying to my emails. $1000 CAD plus tuner is basically a paper weight now thanks to euro compulsion.. I was going to order some stuff from them but screw them. I will never support a company that won’t support their own product nor honour a tune before they stopped supporting it. I removed the EC stickers off the Abarth the Never again will I support such a unprofessional company. I wish I could blast them on a Google review but they are smart enough not to have one.. I wonder why🤪
