I'm envisioning a velvetized mani with polka dots on it for one of my bingo boxes, but I have a few questions.

Would it be best to make it into a 2 day process? Set the base color/velvet one night, and the next day make my polka dots on it? I'm afraid of ruining the magnetic on it.

Which brings me to the next question, how in the world do you make your dots so perfect? I understand spacing them out, but make it just right I have a problem. My dots always look a bit wonky. Pic of my current dots.
