What does this text mean ?

Hi I already claim PIP and have for about a year.

Recently I have applied for LWCRA with the assessment questionnaire I sent that off in February is it anything to do with that ?

I also disputed my pip after only receiving basic mobility and I wanted to try appeal it and hopefully get daily living also but haven't sent the paperwork off yet. Thank you

Back to fasting after 2 weeks off..Maybe?

Hi Guys.

Long story short for context

Completed 2 separate 14 day water fast this year losing a total off around 50-55lbs. But I am not satisfied.

I've been refeeding for 2 weeks now and only gained around 6 or 7 lbs pound which some would be water weight of course but I just feel like a few things have gone back negative.

I am now falling asleep at 1-2am when I was snoring off at 10-11pm beforehand and having a really refreshing wake up even at like 6am. now I feel sluggish and takes me a good 10 minutes or so to motivate myself to get up and start the day off. I am also really struggling with sticking to intermittent fasting now Im just eating and starving as soon as I wake up.

Do you think perhaps making it a regular thing would be okay to do like dedicating 1 week or maybe even 10 days a month to water fasting with the correct procedure ( electrolytes, minerals ) would be an okay lifestyle to commit to as I really enjoy the WFs and see nothing but benefits from them?

Thanks everyone!

Completed a Water Fast for 14 days.

Lost 26lbs.

Refeed has been exact one week today.

Now I want to do one again.

I'm currently broke so don't have enough for my stock up of electrolytes but once I'm paid this weekend I think I'm going to do another 2 weeks water fast because I've never felt as good as I did when fasting and the fact I was literally dropping weight daily was also an insane bonus

I'm currently 343 and have a goal of under 280lbs ( 20 stone in UK ) by the end of this year and have really found this water fasting tool to be so beneficial, physically and mentally.

Anybody else feel like this? Lol. Thanks guys

**DISCLAIMER** In no way shape or form can I offer advice guidance or help on how to refeed after a water fast this is just my personal experience I am sharing.

14 days Water Fast completed.

Started refeeding Saturday morning. Beef Bone Broth...250ml warm just sipping away for about an hour at 8am...Lunch Time came..Made my children some Solami Slices, picnick sausages cucumber and a small cookie bar....I have no idea why but I just ended up grabbing like 3 Solami slices and shoving them into my mouth like this huge urge to just eat and taste it....chewed it slowly....all was fine....I was expecting an insane stomach ache...

Later around 4pm I make a Bolognese with Pasta....The Smell of the garlic, the peppers, the sauce, it was just too tempting....I made myself a small bowl of about 50-100grams of just the ground beef in sauce with the veg and peppers cooked in with it....chewed it slow....absolutely fine...no stomach ache

It's now Sunday and I've had 3 scrambled eggs for breakfast and 3 slices of Solami....no aches at all...

Has anybody else experienced a refeed like this because I had this entire week plan of Eggs and Broth but I think now I'm just going to Introduce a slow and steady Keto / Carnivore diet into my daily living

I'm actually over the Moon.

I started this purely for weight loss because as I've always known the ingredients to weight loss just never applied them, always been a talker rather than a walker.

SW: 26 Stone 8lbs ( 372lbs )

CW: 24 Stone 7lbs ( 343lbs )

This is honestly the smallest I have been in over 3 years and it has given me nothing but encouragement to give it one final week and go onto 21 days.

I'm buying my Beef Broth today and Eggs to break my Water Fast at any point I choose to but really hoping my body lets me to to 21 days ! I'm so damn happy

1600-1800 calories a day

I eat 25% fat Ground Beef ( Mince for my fellow Brits )

Eggs

Steaks

Chicken Breasts

Pork Chops / Lamb Chops

Fish

Fruits

Sauces

But....It doesn't stop me eating

Sauce covered Chicken Wings

Candy

Bread

Pastas

High sugared sauces

Jam

Chocolate Bars

All that needs to be done is calculated fasting.

I personally have BREAD, CARBONATED DRINKS, SWEETS ( CANDY ) and Sugar to a degree out of my life , but sometimes the last one is hard to avoid when it's in so many sauces and foods already but it has been so damn easy , I think I could easily hit 280lbs by the end of 2026

I stop Eating at 8pm every night

And start eating again from 1:30/2pm the next day

Hi all, I’m currently doing my second water fast of the year. The first one I did lasted 14 days, but I was pretty silly about how I went about it. I didn’t take any electrolytes, and by day 14 I was absolutely exhausted, so I started refeeding and got myself back on track. That was back in February.

Now I’m on my second water fast. I’m currently nine days in and hoping to reach 14 days—possibly 21, depending on how I feel. This time, I’ve been taking electrolytes every day. I’m using High Five zero-calorie, zero-sugar electrolytes—one a day in the morning. Over the past two days, I’ve increased that to two a day: one in the morning and one in the evening (around 8pm) with a pint of water.

I’ve seen a few posts mentioning other vitamins and supplements that might help during an extended water fast. The ones I currently have at home are magnesium and vitamin D—just regular supermarket-bought ones. Should I be taking these, and if so, how much per day? Is there anything else I should consider adding if I’m aiming to extend this fast to 21 days?

I feel absolutely amazing overall. I’ve had no fatigue—if anything, my energy has improved massively. I’m taking my kids to the park more, sleeping really well (going to bed before midnight instead of around 2am), and waking up at 6am feeling refreshed. I just feel great.

Also my SW January 2026 was 392lbs and my CW 343lbs.

My goal is under 280 by the end of 2026 helped by a keto or carnivore diet once I refeed again.

I’m drinking around four litres of water a day. Any advice would be appreciated—thank you!

I'll keep it brief.

On day 10 of a 14 day water fast

I'm taking electrolytes daily and drinking 4 litres of water.

Every morning I wake up with a huge build up of yellow saliva which isn't the same consistency as mucus it's like literal spit but yellow but it makes me gag and heave in the morning and I clear it out over the sink ( so sorry to be gross )

It happens in the day a few times as well, was just wondering what it is...is it stomach acid? Thanks for any information given guys
