I am currently thinking about the best room for me and my friend and it is confusing we currently have a small list but we are not sure about which to choose.
We need;

-a private kitchen or a kitchenette
-2 people rooms or two people apartments
-private bathroom
-laundry
-not too far from polito we preferably we use bikes

And if there is;

-a gym nearby or in it
-the beds not in the same room

it would be good. Any help would be appreciated
