Hello fellow ADC players.

i just wanted to ask for some tipps to improve my gameplay. i struggle very hard against the current mage botlane meta. i mostly play marksmen like Catlyn jinx Ashe or MF and i struggle a lot in lane playing against AP champions (and Smolder).
Is there just not much i can do in lane and i should try to get out of lane with somewhat equal farm and no deaths or are there good windows to play against mages in botlane.
