After a bit of hassle, I received an email that my refund for tickets sold 75 days ago had been processed yesterday. Great! However, I don't have any pending transactions showing in my bank. Had anyone received a similar email from FIFA and can you confirm how long it took to be received by your bank?
I just want to be sure they didn't somehow send it to the wrong bank or account...
