Is it just me or do sponsors overuse apprentice?

Just got my booklet completed and I was hoping to figure out what is the next step in order to write my CFQ for my trade
My skilled trades booklet is signed off and if I remember correctly I need to get a completion form and have that filled out by my sponsor.
I already completed the school and the hours from both class and on the job.
- Skilled Trades Booklet signed
- Completion form needs to be signed and filled out and send to the ministry
- Pay the exam fee $150
Am I missing something please feel free to add anything that I may be missing
