Has anyone had issues with getting their deposit back after moving out! I moved out end of March and have yet to get my money back.i sent the demand letter last week and confirmed with them that they got it (i used whatever service that gets me a signature from them) called and told them after the 3 day deadline and the manager was pretty vague but alluded to only getting the original deposit back but because of Gemini I demanded the 2x penalty as well. I just filed civil claims because of the total amount exceeding the small claims limit in az. Curious to know if anyone has gone thru this if so did they go to court did they settle? Just curious and also posting for the future when someone else inevitably is in the same situation.
