This is something that’s happened as long as I can remember but coudlent put into words till recently. Whenever I have to clean up an area I get so sick. As a kid everyone thought I just hated picking up but I remember bending over and picking up my toys and it making my head hurt and my heart race at 5 years old. This never went away and I thought it was normal for everyone to feel ill when cleaning. Now as an adult I have to sit for at least 10 mins it’s to let my heart calm down and let my head not hurt. I haven’t had a doctor take me seriously about any of these symptoms so I don’t even know what’s wrong with me. I’m gonna invest in something to track my heart rate and see if that helps them listen to me. Just needed a vent I had to sit down bc cleaning the litter boxes was too much to as of my body.
