I have a neighbor who hates me for some unknown reason. I do think she's s bit nuts since she films me all the time, screams obscenities my way and is generally obnoxious. She has even stalked me in her car to scream at me. I admit that the first time she did it, I yelled back and it got ugly, but since then, I've ignored her and tried to avoid her whenever possible. I've had to call the police on her numerous times. She has threatened other neighbors with physical harm and says she's an attorney (which I highly doubt.) Anyway, today she tried to run me over with her car. She blew through a stop sign and nearly hit me and my dog. I have three friends that were with me at the time. All of them asked me if I was OK. We all know this lady and believe she is nuts. There is no question but that she did this on purpose. I called the cops again but they said there is nothing they could do. They gave me instructions for filing a restraining order and for obtaining police records. I don't know what else to do at this point. I'm genuinely afraid that this person will hurt me. She's certainly crazy enough to do it. If anyone has advice, I'd love to hear it.
