Hi girlies! 💗 I just want to share my journey toward healthier, brighter skin.

At first, I really wanted to have super white skin, so I did a lot of research reading reviews from real buyers (not just sponsored ones) and even checking advice from doctors. But along the way, I realized something important: there’s no instant way to completely change your natural skin tone. If you’re naturally morena, that’s part of who you are. What you can do is make your skin healthier, smoother, and more radiant and honestly, that’s even more worth it than just being “white.”

So I shifted my mindset. Instead of chasing unrealistic results, I focused on improving my skin the right way. For reference, I’m not very morena more on the light/fair side but not super white either.

Here’s what helped me:
• Eating nutritious food less sugar, more leafy vegetables, fruits, and protein
• Drinking 2–3 liters of water daily (no soda or sugary drinks, since they can affect collagen production)
• Not relying too much on supplements focusing more on whole foods
• Getting 8 hours of sleep (I work in BPO, so I sleep during the day, but I still make sure I complete my rest)
• I do cardio daily for 30 minutes before sleeping
• Resistance training with enough protein (eggs, chicken breast, veggies, fruits)
• Drinking chia seeds with lemon daily for fiber and anti-inflammatory benefits
-for my face care i made a retinol shake and drink it daily made of carrots, orange and apple
• Taking vitamin C
• Avoiding too much sun exposure and always using sunscreen

I also use something to help me sleep better which is Newhite glutathione, but I don’t depend on it for whitening rest is the real goal.

And honestly? It paid off. My skin is clearer, more hydrated, and smoother. I don’t get acne as much anymore. I may not be super white, but my skin looks healthier and more glowing and that’s what really matters.

Reminder: You don’t need to be “white” to feel beautiful. Just take care of your skin and your body the right way.
