I'm building a 3 statement financial model for a private logistics SaaS company as part of an assignment.

The company provides route optimization and delivery planning software to enterprise clients in FMCG and logistics. It operates on a subscription-based model with recurring revenue.

The challenge is that as the company is a private startup I do not have subscription pricing or customer numbers. So how do i forecast revenues cause i cant forecast by simply using a growth rate as they want the breakdown

How do i do it. Any help is appreciated.
