Hey everyone,
I'm kinda desperate here and hoping someone went through this.
I run a small online shop and email is like 60% of my sales.
My open rates were stable at 30-35% for 2 years.
This month Gmail started sending everything to spam. Even emails to customers who bought from me 10 times. My open rate crashed to 8% overnight.
I spent 3 days on Google. Checked my SPF record and it says "pass".
But I have no idea about DKIM or DMARC. My domain is on Cloudflare and I use Google Workspace.
The weird part: Yahoo and Outlook still work fine. It's only Gmail.
So my question for people who fixed this:
Did you end up hiring someone to set up DKIM/DMARC properly?
If yes, was it worth the money or did you solve it yourself?
How long did the fix take to start working?
I sell physical products so I can't afford to lose email for too long.
Any advice would be huge. Thanks so much 🙏
