Hey, I tried to build C6 Noelle without using any guides just from reading her talents and stuff, but now I want to know if her build is actually any good or if there are things I could do to improve it besides just leveling up my weapon and getting her talents leveled up. (I also have an R1 whiteblind if that weapon is better)
